About the Role The Turn Over Coordinator is responsible for achieving System Completion objectives defined in the project hand-over procedures and related plans, guiding and monitoring Site activities across HSE, Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, and Project Control to ensure mechanical completion and handover of the plant. What You'll Do
- Coordinate, monitor, and report all aspects of Mechanical Completion, including the implementation of the Mechanical Completion System and the Mechanical Completion Tool.
- Promote actions necessary to provide the final completion subsystem/system for handover to downstream pre-commissioning works.
- Monitor that the system/subsystem is completed according to the priority defined in the pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule.
- Ensure progress updating for certification completion and punch list close-out.
- Ensure Client involvement to obtain approval of Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) completion and subsequent handover to Client.
- Participate in activities related to arranging the Handover presentation (if applicable).
- Ensure all relevant procedures linked to handover activities are approved by the Client.
- Guide Turn Over Team in the preparation of the required documents.
- Organize weekly meetings with Construction/Commissioning Teams for handover completion according to commissioning prioritization for Mechanical Completion.
- Check the daily/weekly/monthly Mechanical Completion reports issued by Turn Over Engineers. What We're Looking For
- University Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- Significant experience in the industrial construction of large or XL gas plants
- Experience in a similar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, strong management skills
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with direction and a bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
- Ability to coordinate interfaces between Construction and Commissioning teams Compensation & Benefits

- Rotation: 60 days on site, 10 days off (paid), plus 2 days traveling (paid)
