Gambaran Pekerjaan Djarum sangat memperhatikan kualitas bahan baku yang dipergunakan untuk memproduksi rokok mulai dari tembakau, cengkeh dan bahan bungkus. Sebagai seorang Tobacco Trainee Anda akan bertugas untuk mengevaluasi kualitas tembakau baik dalam masa pembelian maupun sebelum di produksi menjadi rokok. Ketelitian, kesabaran dan kemauan belajar mengenai tembakau menjadi hal dasar yang harus dimiliki agar dapat memilah dan memastikan hanya tembakau terbaik yang dipakai.
What You'll Do
- Melakukan grading tembakau
- Membuat laporan atas hasil grading yang dilakukan
- Memberikan saran perbaikan untuk kegiatan grading dan perawatan tembakau
