About the Role Chili's To-Go Specialists deliver fast service and warm hospitality to To-Go Guests at the Okemos location. The role emphasizes knowledge of the menu, efficient order handling, friendly guest interactions, and a smooth phone and POS experience. What You'll Do
- Have knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest
- Answer phone within three rings and assist Guests with placing To-Go orders
- Enter orders in proper sequence
- Able to operate POS system for transactions
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
