About the Role To-Go Specialists at Chili's Columbus are responsible for delivering fast service and great hospitality to To-Go Guests. You’ll help guests by explaining menu offerings, answering phones, and ensuring accurate order entry and smooth POS transactions. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and creating a welcoming experience in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Have knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest
- Answer phone within three rings and assist Guests with placing To-Go orders
- Enter orders in proper sequence
- Able to operate POS system for transactions
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
