Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect and identify key customer requirements for data center thermal products and critical customer application scenarios, and develop competitive DX product solutions.

2. Analyze strengths and weaknesses of major competitors’ products and solutions in terms of performance, cost and other dimensions.

3. Conduct regular sales data analysis and keep track of product sales trends.

4. Monitor industry development, and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations and industry standard updates.

5. Consolidate cross-product-line and cross-region market requirements for thermal products, formalize product development inputs, and drive product development and launch.

6. Plan and manage the DX cooling product portfolio, including product phasing-in and phasing-out.

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Refrigeration, HVAC, Air Conditioning or related disciplines.
• 2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; familiar with data center thermal solutions and products. Experience with DX CRAC, direct expansion cooling systems is preferred.
• 3. Proficient in written and spoken English; capable of reporting in English.
• 4. Strong team player, open-minded with excellent communication skills.
• 5. Self-motivated, good at critical thinking and continuous improvement.
