About the Role
The TL Operations Quality leads and supervises the Operations Quality organization in Agadir, ensuring delivery of defined objectives and KPIs, and driving improvements in service quality and team development. This role shapes how quality is managed across operations and contributes to the transformation of the automotive supply chain. What You'll Do

Manage and supervise the Operations Quality org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs

Identify potential improvements, provide consultation, and contribute to improved service delivery

Ensure adherence to standards and governance and oversee process execution

Lead direct reports and plan regular team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests

Define team members' objectives, assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and monitor/results

Identify training and development needs, support subordinates' professional growth, and facilitate applying new knowledge

Propose and apply measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth What We're Looking For

Engineer degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or equivalent
-
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
