About this role
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years doing marketing or growth full-time at a tech or tech-adjacent startup or company
- 2+ years of full-time experience in web3/crypto, founder experience counts too
- Hands-on social and content experience, ideally running a brand's voice end to end.
- Some familiarity writing PR
- Strong writing skills
- AI wizard: you build your own AI workflows, you use AI to analyze and post across channels and to generate longform, static creative, and video. If your AI use is just using web Claude.ai or chatgpt.com, no offense, but please don’t apply to this role until you join the rest of us in 2026
- Taste. Tools make execution easy, so the job is judgment: you know the difference between a campaign that works and one that just ships, you can say why a piece of creative or copy is good or bad, and you back that with numbers.
- You operate like a founder. You are comfortable with ambiguity, fine being the only marketer in the room, and biased toward shipping.
- You are a trader. You trade stocks or crypto in your spare time, own or follow names like NVIDIA, Micron, or TSMC, and follow the markets on X daily. You know crypto Twitter, AI Twitter, and WallStreetBets well enough to post in their voice and tell what will land.
- US hours. Prefer based in US, but potentially open to remote, must have large overlap with US hours.
- When you apply, link three things you shipped that you are proud of, and describe the AI workflow behind one of them.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience marketing a Solana or DeFi product, or familiarity with the Solana trading-app ecosystem (terminals, Telegram bots, wallets, vaults).
