The Route & Mileage: Run consistent team lanes averaging 4,500 to 5,000 miles per week delivering 100% no-touch drop-and-hook freight to retail stores and DCs across NC, VA, TN, GA, AL, and MD (plus dry backhauls).

What You Will Make: Average $1,500 to $1,700 per driver weekly backed by a $5,000 split sign-on bonus ($2,500 per driver).

How You Get Paid: Flat team pay of $0.74 CPM split plus $20 per backhaul.

Driver Requirements & Screening: Must have at least 3 months of experience within the past 3 years, pass DOT screening (hair follicle and urine tests), and manage transit securement protocols.
