Job title: Tire Technician / Warehouse Associate
Tire Agent is seeking a dependable Tire Technician / Warehouse Associate to mount and balance tires while supporting warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This role is hands-on and fast-paced; the ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across teams.
What You'll Do
- Mount, dismount, and balance tires and wheels efficiently and accurately
- Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and proper fitment
- Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and effectively
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control processes
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickup
- Organize and maintain warehouse space to ensure efficiency and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in tire service, automotive work, or warehouse operations preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy items (40+ lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tire equipment is a plus
- Experience with handheld devices, tablets, and computer-based inventory systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $17 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday
