This role focuses on mounting and balancing tires while supporting warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, mechanically inclined, and capable of collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Mount, dismount, and balance tires and wheels efficiently and accurately
- Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and proper fitment
- Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and effectively
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control processes
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickup
