About the Role Time & Attendance (T&A) delivery lead responsible for implementing global HR standard processes in country, aligning with HR governance, and ensuring accurate time management across plants. You will correct time management issues, maintain absence records, and act as the liaison between time management, plants, and Payroll systems. What You'll Do
- Drive delivery of Time & Attendance services as defined in department scope and yearly plans.
- Implement and adapt Global HR standard processes and guidelines to local tax, legal and statutory requirements in country, in alignment with Global HR Governance to ensure standardization.
- Correct time management errors where time managers cannot.
- Control time for plants and oversee time managers.
- Carry out special absence maintenance and medical certificates.
- Interface with Payroll (PY) teams and plants for all time-relevant topics.
- Prepare specific reportings. What We're Looking For
- University degree in Technical/Scientific field.
- Experience: 1 year in the automotive industry is appreciated.
- Good Knowledge of IT and strong IT literacy.
- Languages: French & English.
- Social competences: communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork.
- Professional competence: assessment centers candidate testing / interview techniques, employee onboarding, executive search, job analysis, job fairs, recruitment design, planning and management. Nice to Have
