Ticketing Officer/Ticketer

Responsibilities: Issue, reissue, and cancel flight tickets using Amadeus GDS. Create and manage PNRs, fare quotes, and itineraries. Handle BSP remittance and sales reporting. Liaise with airlines and clients on bookings, fares, and special requests. Maintain accurate ticketing records and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Ticketing Officer with Amadeus GDS. Knowledge of BSP operations and BSP Link reporting. IATA certification is mandatory. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
