Ticketing and Reservation Executive – Lagos
Now Travel & Tours is expanding! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Ticketing and Reservation Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in reservations and ticket issuance
- Handle ticket reissues, refunds, etc.
- Distribute airline timetables and promotional materials
- Ensure compliance with reservation policies and guest service standards
- Market and sell company products and services
- Assist with hotel accommodation reservations
- Provide visa application services
- Prepare weekly sales reports
- Attend industry events and build new business partnerships
- Report to the Operation Manager
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in GDS systems like Amadeus, Abacus, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Independent and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Leadership qualities with strategic execution abilities
- Knowledge of IATA rules and airline regulations
Qualifications and Experience

University Degree

Minimum 2 years of air ticketing & reservation experience
