1. Job Title: Ticketer

Salary: ₦180,000 monthly

Locations: Aba, Abia State, and Mazamaza, Lagos State

Job Responsibilities

• Issue passenger tickets and process travel bookings.
• Receive payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Reconcile daily ticket sales and submit sales reports.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to passenger enquiries.
• Ensure accurate ticketing and compliance with operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC; OND is an added advantage.

• Experience in ticketing, cashiering, sales, or customer service is preferred.

• Good numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash responsibly.

• 2. Job Title: Terminal Operations Officer

• Salary: ₦200,000 monthly

• Locations: Aba, Abia State, and Mazamaza, Lagos State

• Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily terminal operations and ensure smooth passenger movement.

• Monitor bus utilisation, operational performance, and revenue targets.

• Verify passenger manifests and ensure accurate travel records.

• Coordinate timely bus departures and arrivals.

• Enforce safety procedures and operational standards.

• Work with relevant teams to resolve terminal and passenger-related issues.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and reporting abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transportation environment.

• 3. Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Technicians

• Salary: ₦250,000 monthly

• Location: Lagos State

• Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in buses and other fleet vehicles.

• Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and necessary repairs.

• Inspect vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and operational safety.

• Maintain vehicle electrical systems, mechanical components, and related equipment.

• Identify potential faults and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or a relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.

• Practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.

• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• 4. Job Title: Bus Conductor

• Remuneration: ₦15,000 per trip

• Locations: Aba, Abia State, and Mazamaza, Lagos State

• Job Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting.

• Verify passenger tickets and maintain accurate passenger records.

• Assist with luggage handling and passenger movement.

• Promote passenger safety and ensure orderly boarding and departures.

• Provide helpful information to passengers throughout their journeys.

• Support the driver and other transport personnel in maintaining efficient trip operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO.

• Previous experience in passenger transportation, ticketing, or customer service is an advantage.
