Job title: Ticket Agent - Box Office
About the Role Box Office Ticket Agent at Brooklyn Bowl (Las Vegas) within Live Nation is responsible for assisting guests with their show ticket needs, selling and issuing tickets, and handling funds at the Box Office with an upbeat, guest-focused attitude. You will be the primary guest contact at the Box Office, providing friendly service and information on upcoming shows.
What You'll Do
- Process and verify credit card and cash transactions
- Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer
- Provide superior customer service in person and over the phone
- Answer phones promptly and courteously
- Manage will-call window and guest relations
- Process opening and closing paperwork
- Demonstrate knowledge of talent and entertainment
- Maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance
- Assist with miscellaneous box office projects as directed
What We're Looking For
- Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering, and customer service
- Entry-level knowledge of basic computer operation and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent skills in customer service, phone etiquette, cash handling, filing, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate well, work with others, and perform in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to type at least 30 wpm
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous ticketing experience (preferred)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must adhere to all safety measures and policies
