About this role

About the Role Experian Global Security is seeking a Third Party Security Programme Manager to plan and facilitate the global delivery of TPS Operations in line with Experian policy. This role also provides support activities to complete assessments and manage special projects, reporting to the Director of 3rd Party Security. It is a hybrid role based in Nottingham.

What You'll Do

  • Own the TPS Service Scorecard and work with regional TPS Managers to meet internal Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Manage the TPS assessment programme to ensure completion of assessment activities to meet Experian policy.
  • Manage special projects to deliver agreed scope and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and support for TPS resources for the delivery of assurance activities and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the TPSMS framework and present proposals to TPS leadership.
  • Support audits of TPS operations and engage with stakeholders to cascade communications.
  • Provide policy and process guidance to the TPS team across all regions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a similar role in GRC, Automation, Process Improvement or Information Security.
  • Background overseeing technical security programmes, audits or security-focused projects.
  • Experience researching security solutions and providing guidance, challenging when risk outweighs benefits.
  • Experience improving automation in programs and processes.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office; experience with SQL, Power BI and SharePoint or similar applications.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience preferred.
  • Experience working across a large organisation with multiple stakeholders to enable roadmap delivery.
