About the Role The Third Party Risk Lead supports the growth and implementation of Wise's IntraGroup Risk Framework, overseeing onboarding and offboarding between Wise entities. Working with the Third Party Risk Regional Leads and Country Managers, you will help maintain service standards and align local efforts with global policy. The Lead provides expert guidance, coordinates cross-team projects, and fosters a culture of third-party risk awareness across the organisation. What You'll Do

  • Support the TPRM program in alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations; maintain and enhance the TPRM framework and policies; stay up-to-date with outsourcing regulations and industry standards; operationalize regulatory expectations.
  • Work closely with the TPRM Leadership team and Third Party Management team; engage with senior stakeholders; coordinate cross-team projects; contribute to TPRM strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and update TPRM processes and controls; design procedures, oversight controls, and continuous monitoring to integrate TPRM into the overall risk management framework.
  • Lead and grow global and regional resources; build a culture of third-party risk awareness; provide strategic support; ensure alignment with Wise's Enterprise Risk Management framework; collaborate with 2nd line of defence and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to cross-team projects, audits, and inspections related to TPRM; provide thought leadership and reporting to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement; audit current processes; identify areas for improvement; develop improvement plans.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing TPRM team; conduct regular performance reviews; embed a culture of awareness and continuous improvement; ensure alignment of TPRM strategies with the organisation. What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations governing third-party risk management.
  • Experience with onboarding, ongoing oversight, and offboarding of third parties and intra-group arrangements.
  • Ability to coordinate with global and regional stakeholders; stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong risk management mindset; ability to design and implement controls and monitoring.
  • Leadership experience in building and mentoring risk specialists; ability to operate as an individual contributor and as part of a leadership team. Compensation & Benefits Not disclosed.
