About the Role Novartis is seeking a Third Party Associate to support cross-functional activities related to third-party relationships, onboarding, risk assessment, and compliance across the organization. This posting indicates an evaluation status for the role.
What You'll Do
- Support third-party due diligence, onboarding, and risk assessment for suppliers and external partners.
- Coordinate with functions such as Audit & Finance, BD&L & Strategic Planning, Commercial & General Management, Legal & Intellectual Property & Compliance, Market Access, Procurement, and Compliance to manage third-party relationships.
- Monitor compliance with Novartis policies and external regulations; assist in contract administration and vendor management.
- Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams and assist in data gathering and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to interact with global teams.
- Basic understanding of procurement, contracting, and vendor risk management; ideally experience in pharma/healthcare.
Nice to Have
- Experience in third-party risk management, supplier onboarding, or related processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare/pharma.
