Thermal Test Technician

We are seeking a hands-on Thermal Test Technician to support thermal testing of semiconductor equipment and hardware. This role focuses on test fixture setup, thermal instrumentation, data collection, and laboratory support.

Scope:

• Set up thermal tests using thermocouples, cold plates, fixtures, and dataloggers.
• Collect and organize test data using spreadsheets.
• Attach, inspect, and adjust thermal test hardware for consistent results.
• Maintain test documentation, equipment, and laboratory work areas.
• Support troubleshooting of thermal test setups and fixtures.

Required:

• Experience with thermal testing, thermocouples, dataloggers, or similar instrumentation.
• Experience collecting and analyzing data in spreadsheets.
• Strong hands-on skills with fixtures, sensors, cold plates, and test hardware.
• Methodical, consistent, and detail-oriented approach to testing.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and document results accurately.

Pluses:

• Experience supporting semiconductor, electronics, vacuum, or advanced hardware testing.
• Familiarity with thermal chambers, LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, or other data-acquisition tools.
• Experience with thermal management, cooling systems, heat sinks, or thermal interface materials.
