About the Role The Therapeutic Behavioral Service Provider will work directly with students to provide one-on-one therapeutic and behavioral support within school settings, collaborating with therapists, educators, and families to help students achieve academic and emotional goals.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one therapeutic and behavioral support to students throughout the school day.
- Help students develop emotional regulation, coping skills, and positive behavior.
- Collaborate with therapists, school personnel, and families; maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Support student growth, resilience, and self-confidence; encourage academic success.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Education, Counseling, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or relevant experience working with children, adolescents, behavioral health, education, social services, mentoring, coaching, or youth programs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $49,000-$52,000 yearly
