The Manager Operation Excellence-Black Belt

The Manager Operation Excellence-Black Belt will be accountable for all the Operational Excellence initiatives at Site in Bonthapally, Hyderabad. Responsibilities Lead the Site Black belt Operations. Coordinate with all the stake holders for Cost saving initiatives. Instrumental in training of Yellow and Green Blet. Coach the Trained Green belts for Certification projects. Assist the Site Manager for Performance Management review and KPI review. Construct the SITE KPI in coordination with Site Manager and ensure they are deployed to all levels.

Requirements

• Preferred candidate to be either a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Masters in Chemistry. Mandatory to be Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Preferred if a Black Belt certification is available.
