About this role
The Hearing Ambassador at NationsBenefits is an on-site role based at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Owasso, OK. The Ambassador assists the licensed dispenser by engaging customers, supporting hearing health needs, educating individuals about hearing wellness, scheduling appointments, and contributing to growth through community outreach and customer relationship building. The position focuses on being present at the center while spending most of the time walking the club to intercept prospects, set tests, and support the center’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center products and services.
- Prepare the environment for tests and full evaluations when interacting with Members.
- Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
