About this role
The Hearing Ambassador supports the licensed dispenser by engaging customers, addressing hearing health needs, educating individuals about hearing wellness, scheduling appointments, and contributing to growth through community outreach and relationship building. This on-site role operates at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Novi, MI, and involves movement within the club to reach potential customers and set up tests.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center products and services.
- Set the stage for full tests and full purchases when interacting with Members.
- Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
- Secure a minimum of four immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist in the center.
