About this role
The Hearing Ambassador at NationsBenefits is based on-site at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Miami, FL. The role supports licensed dispensers in meeting their goals and daily duties by engaging customers, addressing hearing health needs, educating individuals about hearing wellness, scheduling appointments, and contributing to growth through community outreach and strong customer relationships.

Have a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center products and services

Set the stage for comprehensive tests and full purchases when interacting with Members

Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers

Secure a minimum of four immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist in the center

Promote and sell non-hearing-aid products when Members do not have a hearing loss

Contribute to a 50% increase in non-hearing-aid product sales

Learn and use the handheld screener (where state regulations allow) as an intercepting tool to qualify leads

Assist in calling past tested Members, with or without sales and medical referrals, to schedule return visits

Promote the Hearing Aid Center during Sam’s Club events, HAC events, and other marketing events

Be based in the HAC but spend about 95% of the time walking/working the club, intercepting, and setting tests

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience

Experience with PC hardware and software and general computer and Internet knowledge

Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, problem-solving/troubleshooting, and presentation skills

Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling

Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
