Comp: $150K-$250K base (flexible above); Performance bonus tied to case results; no billable hours; law school loan reimbursement up to $200K. Location: On-site full-time, LA HQ; no remote. Visa: Not open to visas; active California bar required.
Responsibilities

Manage high-volume plaintiff PI caseload intake to resolution: strategy, depositions, motions, client management

Own your litigation practice; outcomes drive comp

Requirements

1-9 yrs PI/civil litigation (sweet spot 2-6), plaintiff-side

Full litigation lifecycle comfort
