This function is responsible for testing industrial cleaning equipments (HPWs) to specified performance recording all required performances

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Validate Unit is correct to Bill of Materials (BOM) pick list (US HPW only)
• Test Priority units as specified
• Test unit (industrial cleaning equipments (HPWs)) to specified performance recording all required performances
• Take tested unit to specified departments
• Fill out all additional test information requested by customer and accurate, timely upload of other documents used in his/her work
• Preservation and careful handling of the tools and materials entrusted to him/her

-Isolating and repairing non-compliance machines (HUN HPW only)

• Compliance with technological, occupational safety and environmental regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to use gun scanners effectively.
• Must demonstrate problem solving skills.
• Must have good math skills and be detailed oriented.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to perform working conditions which includes standing, walking or bending for long periods of time, in some cases, up to 8-10 hours.
• Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled overtime when necessary to meet business demands.
• Forklift driving experience a must (US HPW only)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform duties such as stocking, organizing and handling of machines or parts.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and have a positive winning attitude.
• Must have high level of professionalism, maturity, and good judgment.

Knowledge & Personal Attributes:

• Ability to read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read and write and speak local language effectively.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• The ideal candidate will possess problem solving skills, dependability and will observe all safety and security guidelines.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with non-A/C working environment.
• Must be able to work around mechanical / pneumatic tools and be able to use them.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced working environment, and be multi-tasked.
• Must be reliable, dependable and have good attendance.
• Must be able to work occasional overtime, including Saturday’s as work demands.

Experience

• This position will require basic assembly background and experience

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (US HPW)

Language:

• Read and write and speak local language effectively.
