About the Role Role involves preparing test samples and sheet compounds, performing rheological, physical and chemical material tests according to standards and customer requirements, and delivering reliable test results. The position supports maintenance activities and ensures compliance with safety, quality and environmental policies.

What You'll Do

• Prepare test samples and compound sheets
• Conduct rheological, physical and chemical material tests according to standards and customer requirements
• Perform function control measurements
• Label and store retained samples
• Carry out basic maintenance on used equipment
• Support maintenance department / mechanics for failures or major maintenance tasks
• Work in compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations and disposal standards
• Follow all valid quality standards and work instructions
• Maintain order and cleanliness
• Communicate with orderers, provide results
• Document and archive results in databases

What We're Looking For

• Vocational training in a related area (e.g. materials tester, physical/chemical technician)
• Experience in rubber testing
• Self-driven, structured, organized
• Team player
• Basic English skills
