About the Role The Test Pilot Advisor role supports flight test programs at Nellis AFB, providing expert guidance on testing methodologies, safety protocols, and flight test execution. You will collaborate with pilot teams and engineering staff to help plan, analyze, and optimize flight tests for complex aerospace systems. What You'll Do
- Advise on flight test planning, risk assessment, data collection, and analysis
- Collaborate with pilots, engineers, and range safety teams to ensure mission success
- Support safety and compliance during flight test campaigns What We're Looking For
- Experience in aerospace flight testing or related systems engineering
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret test data
- Effective communication and teamwork with cross-functional groups
- Knowledge of safety protocols and flight test planning Nice to Have
- Experience with military flight test environments or range operations
