About the Role Test Manager – Subject Matter Expert (SME) position based at Eglin AFB, FL. The role leads test planning and execution for assigned programs and provides SME guidance to multidisciplinary teams to ensure mission-ready outcomes. What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of test activities for programs based at Eglin AFB.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant domains, providing technical guidance to test teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria, and track progress against schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering, program management, and government stakeholders to ensure readiness and compliance. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or SME in defense/aerospace or related fields with demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate requirements into test strategies and acceptance criteria; strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in DoD/government contracting environments is a plus.
