Job title: Test Lead
About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for the CCP Peru project. The candidate will lead a team of testers, ensure high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic onsite environment in Mexico.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the testing lifecycle including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
- Define test strategy, test plans, and test cases aligned with project requirements
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and offshore teams
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Track and report test progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership
- Drive automation adoption where applicable and improve testing efficiency
- Manage defect triage calls and ensure timely resolution
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring productivity and quality
- Support UAT and production validation phases
- Pega testing experience would be an added advantage
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in software testing
- Strong understanding of testing lifecycle, QA processes, and defect management
- Proven ability to coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and offshore teams
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior testers
