Test Lead for a leading Digital Bank as part of Core Banking Transformation.

Participate in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks.
Actively participate in workshops, specification reviews, and technical reviews.
Implement testing as per Test Strategy and provide inputs to Test Strategy.
Create Test Plan, derive project-specific estimates.
Plan and coordinate test activities/deliverables in accordance with test schedule.
Facilitate the daily scrum and sprint initiatives.
Communicate with stakeholders & provide Test Reports.
Raise & manage project-specific risks and issues.
Measure the quality of work & asses team members' work.
Capture traceability metrics (requirements, test cases, test execution, defects).
Build team & necessary documentation to enable mentoring of new members.
Report upon testing activities, including Test Summary Reports
Review testing entry/exit criteria
Identify test environment requirements
Coordinate shakedown testing for project test environments.
Management of test data requirements.

10+ years of experience in quality assurance
5+ years of experience as a Test Lead
Strong experience in testing of Core Banking mainframe systems and testing banking Mortgages
Loan serving, end to end loan processing
Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status
Presenting test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vs actuals.
Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization
Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients
Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities
Experience in test planning and strategies
Extended experience in SDLC and STLC
