Test Lead

About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic QA leader with 10+ years in software testing to drive the overall QA strategy, lead large-scale testing initiatives, and ensure delivery of high-quality software across multiple teams and platforms. What You'll Do

• Define and lead the overall QA strategy, including test planning, automation, performance, and security testing.
• Architect scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks and solutions.
• Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to integrate quality into every stage of the SDLC.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and metrics.
• Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
• Provide executive-level reporting on quality metrics, risks, and mitigation plans. What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with 3-5 years in a leadership or architect role.
• Deep expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Appium).
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with cloud-native applications and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Domain expertise in industries such as Airlines.
• Nice to have experience with performance and security testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Awareness of AI tools and technology (GitHub Copilot, etc.). Nice to Have
