As Test Lead in our Canadian Banking Technology Consulting team within the Platforms group, you’ll play a key role in delivering technology solutions for financial institutions. You’ll work directly on projects involving modernization, data migration, cloud migration, and core banking transformation. You’ll collaborate with clients and project teams to execute strategies, solve technical challenges, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Lead overall test planning and strategy, including SIT, UAT, defect management, and day to day test co-ordination activities Act as a Test Lead with hands-on involvement in execution and delivery of QA initiatives Independently lead, execute internal and client teams to meet program timelines, deliverables, and milestones Assess risks, issues and proactively mitigate to seek resolution Manage QA efforts for complex systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements Drive and oversee automation and performance testing initiatives, leading teams within testing delivery engagements
