Test Engineering Manager

Job title: Test Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineering Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of test engineers, developing test systems, and ensuring high-quality test processes in an automotive production environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage and ensure the efficient operation of the test engineering team.

• Support internal and external customers in production testing.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise development, modification, and optimization of test systems.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects related to deployment and modernization of test devices.

• Monitor production process performance related to test systems and drive continuous improvement actions.

• Collaborate with global and local engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

• Create, update, and improve procedures and standards in Test Engineering.

• Set team goals and ensure achievement in line with company strategy.

• Develop team competencies through coaching, mentoring, and training.

• Build a culture of continuous improvement and high safety standards.

• Manage the department budget and monitor project realization according to planned schedule and costs.

• What We're Looking For

• Higher technical education (preferably master's degree in electronics).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role leading teams, projects, or programs in engineering.

• Experience in a production environment; automotive and electronics exposure preferred.

• Practical knowledge and experience in designing and implementing test systems.

• Very good knowledge of project management methods.

• Ability to make decisions and effectively solve problems.

• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Very good command of English.
