Overview
A Sr. Principal Test Engineer at MTSI will support the PEO C3BM – ABMS – Advanced Battle Management Systems customer. The role focuses on capability development and development planning, working with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, assess, and document Developmental Testing (DT) and Operational Testing (OT) of tactical command and control systems. The position is co-located with the customer at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, with most work performed in the customer workspace. Some travel is expected, up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Stand up an Integrated Test Team (ITT) charter to develop and manage the T&E Strategy, Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), and other required documentation, form subgroups, and identify T&E resource requirements.
