About the Role We are seeking a Test Engineer to join MTSI in Beavercreek, OH to validate systems and ensure quality across programs. The role involves designing and executing tests, collaborating with software and hardware teams, and contributing to test strategy. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and program teams to identify and resolve defects
- Document results, track issues, and contribute to quality metrics What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with software/hardware testing methodologies and test automation basics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
