Job title: Test Engineer
About the Role As Test Engineer, report to the Testing Team Leader, you will be responsible for verification testing of product designs, R&D technical specifications, functional performance and reliability verification, editing reports, and data analysis, and proposing reasonable reference suggestions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze customer requirements, specifications, and testing standards; develop new product testing plans and estimate duration.
- Set up and conduct electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing per the plan, including circuit layout and equipment debugging; may entrust external suppliers to assist.
- Analyze test data and failures; write test reports.
- Participate in cross-functional project meetings; propose solutions to testing topics to address issues.
- Guide technicians to perform daily testing and continuously improve the laboratory.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 3+ years of experience.
- Familiar with automotive electronic testing standards and electrical switch safety standards; experience in R&D and reliability testing.
- Experience with third-party laboratory work preferred.
- High attention to detail; strong analytical skills.
- Good English proficiency; strong communication and cooperation.
Nice to Have
- Third-party laboratory work experience is a plus.
