About the Role MTSI is seeking a Test Engineer with Full Scope Polygraph clearance to support verification and validation activities at Fort Meade, MD. The role involves designing and executing test plans, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for systems requiring Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to verify performance and reliability.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with teams to implement solutions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with program security requirements. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Relevant experience as a test engineer or similar role.
- Experience with test automation, testing methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to obtain or hold Full Scope Polygraph clearance. Nice to Have
- Experience with DoD programs, systems engineering, or cyber security.
