About the Role The Test Engineer CTTR will organize belt testing operations, assign test benches and personnel, and serve as the primary contact for belt testing. You will conduct tests, document results, and present findings while evaluating test methods for alignment with customer requirements and safety standards. What You'll Do
- Organize belt testing operations, assign test benches and personnel
- Serve as customer contact for belt testing
- Execute tests, document results, and present findings to stakeholders
- Implement and assess test methods for mapping customer requirements
- Provide technical support for the assigned test benches and related infrastructure
- Execute and monitor maintenance and repair work
- Participate in cost reduction projects in cooperation with PPI, production and QA
- Contribute to safety and infrastructure improvements in the field of test technology
- Calibrate measuring devices on test benches What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) or certified engineer in Vehicle technology and engine technology
- Elastomer components and their service life behavior
- Experience with regard to customer expectations in testing technology
- Self-driven, structured, and organized
- Very good communication skills, advanced English (speaking and writing)
