About the Role You will lead new product test development for discrete power devices (MOSFET), coordinating test data between manufacturing and development sites, performing GRR and test stability verification, planning test development schedules, arranging test fixtures/tools, and creating test specifications with data validation and yield improvement. What You'll Do
- Develop and validate test plans for discrete MOSFET products, and drive data correlation between production and development environments.
- Conduct GRR studies and test stability verification to ensure reliable measurements.
- Plan test development schedules for new product introductions and arrange tooling/fixtures as needed.
- Create test specifications, validate data, and work on yield improvements.
- Use testers and perform data correlation and GRR verifications; communicate in English when needed. What We're Looking For
- Experience in qualification and test development for semiconductor products.
- Proficiency with test equipment, data correlation, and GRR validation.
- Ability to communicate in English. Nice to Have
- Experience with MOSFET or discrete power device testing.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience in hardware/firmware/software environments.
- Familiarity with test instrumentation and data analysis. Compensation & Benefits
