Job title: Test Center Administrator
About the Role The Test Center Administrator ensures secure exam delivery and provides excellent customer service in a quiet testing environment. This part-time, seasonal role supports Pearson VUE testing operations in Maumee, OH through December 2026.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with testing procedures and company policies
- Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain exam process
- Proctor / invigilate candidates during testing
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred
