About the Role As an Accenture Flex Test Automation Lead, you will apply deep automation testing expertise to drive business transformation on fixed-duration projects. You will contribute as an individual contributor and team player, delivering automated testing solutions using Selenium and Playwright, with CI/CD and test-management tooling, onsite in Charlotte, NC with hybrid onsite/remote work. What You'll Do
- Lead and implement test automation strategies and hands-on automation using Selenium and Playwright.
- Build and maintain robust automated test suites; ensure quality beyond manual testing.
- Collaborate in Agile environments; use Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management.
- Work onsite 60% (3 days) and remote 40% (2 days) per week; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Perform SQL data validation and work with relational databases.
- Contribute to test planning, data setup, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of work experience; 5+ years hands-on with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright) and 5+ years with SQL testing.
- Strong foundation beyond manual testing; proven automation testing skills.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player; excellent communication.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience with Jira and Micro Focus Octane for test management.
- Onsite 60% / remote 40% work model; ability to collaborate effectively across locations. Nice to Have
- Good communication and leadership skillset.
- Experience with Litmus.
- Banking/Finance domain knowledge will be considered a strong advantage. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly salary range: $40-$50 USD per hour.
