About the Role Xylem's R&D Center of Excellence in Montecchio Maggiore (VI) is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to design and implement automated tests to ensure the highest standards of product quality. You will develop test scripts, analyze results, and collaborate closely with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements.
- Create and maintain clear and detailed test documentation.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Design and build automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Continuously improve automation processes and coverage.
