About the Role L3Harris is seeking a Test and Integration Technician B to support testing and integration activities for mission-critical defense technology. The role focuses on validating systems, debugging, and ensuring integrated components meet performance and reliability standards in support of customers’ national security missions. What You'll Do
- Perform testing, integration, and verification of hardware and software components in lab and field environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose issues and validate system-level performance.
- Maintain test documentation, develop test procedures, and ensure traceability of results. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with test methodologies, debugging, and equipment setup.
- Familiarity with systems integration, test benches, and basic scripting or data analysis. Nice to Have
- Prior experience in defense or aerospace environments.
- Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop testing, lab measurement equipment, and cabling. Compensation & Benefits
