About the Role A Principal Test and Evaluation Engineer at MTSI supporting Wright-Patterson AFB. You will lead and execute TE activities to ensure system readiness and compliance with customer requirements. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute test and evaluation plans and procedures.
- Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to assess system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test items meet requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and brief leadership for program reviews. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in test and evaluation in defense/aerospace environments.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams; strong communication. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with defense DoD test standards and interoperability.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Excel) or test automation.
