About the Role Temporary part-time Test Administrator in Endicott, NY, responsible for secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a Pearson VUE test center. This role runs through the end of October 2026 and pays hourly.
What You'll Do
- Comply with all testing procedures and company policies, using careful judgment.
- Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
- Proctor/invigiliate candidates during testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
- Complete light housekeeping duties after each candidate's examination.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
