The ideal candidates should have 3 – 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, or Field Sales within the HPC industry, with strong expertise in distributor management, trade activations, merchandising, route-to-market strategies, and territory execution.
Mandatory: Experience in HPC categories such as Personal Care, Home Care, Hygiene, Beauty Care, Tissue, Detergents, Skin Care, Hair Care, or Oral Care.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.

A professional qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, or Field Sales within the Home & Personal Care (HPC) industry.

Proven experience managing distributors, trade activations, visibility programs, merchandising, and market execution initiatives.

Strong understanding of route-to-market strategies, retail execution, and territory management.

Demonstrated experience in driving sell-out, market share growth, and execution excellence.
