Details Region: All Local Government Areas in Lagos Responsibilities include leading a team of sales executives, driving loan origination and portfolio growth, achieving sales targets, developing customer and business relationships, and monitoring team performance with regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Proven sales management experience, preferably in financial services or microfinance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Target-driven with a strong results orientation.
- Good knowledge of Lagos and its Local Government Areas.
