Main Responsibilities
- Implementation of the company’s strategy in Ust'-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar and Semey coordination of short-term and long-term objectives
- Identifying and activating new sales opportunities and channels
- Ability to effectively coordinate and motivate the sales team
- Maintaining close collaboration with the distributor to control inventory levels and service quality
- Participation in cross-functional projects within the company

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools
