About the Role We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive revenue for Admixture/AS products within the assigned territory. You will pursue leads, meet sales targets, and support market penetration while managing receivables and coordinating with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do
- Pursue sales leads and achieve personal sales objectives with the product range in the assigned territory with complete collections of all receivables.
- Develop and penetrate all target markets based on the market in the region.
- Support business development and customer management by identifying potential customers and providing updated market intelligence to supervisor/team.
- Coordinate with customer services, supply chain, and logistics personnel.
- Assist in product promotion, product trials, etc.
- Identify and attract new customers (including distributors); pursue new applications; interact with process and product developers of potential customers.
- Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data; apply the overall sales process to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate and close deals or contracts; provide operational guidance and support to relevant departments to ensure implementation.
- Identify customer requirements and offer solutions.
- Explore and appoint distributors and applicators as required to ensure smooth sales and operations and ensure market coverage.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to support planning.
- Exhibit safe behavior at driving, project sites, offices and for self and others. What We're Looking For
- BE / Diploma Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Admixture / AS products.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to gather and apply market intelligence to drive territory development. Compensation & Benefits
